Join us this summer at our Bridge Farm site, near Ellesmere Port, with fun-filled daily activities for all ages. The summer starts on July 23rd at Bridge Farm and runs on weekdays until the end of the school holidays – including a very special Summer Fun Day event in late August!
Looking back at this year’s Wirral Coastal Walk
We had an incredible day at the start of June, as friends, colleagues, and supporters of Autism Together took on the challenge of the Wirral Coastal Walk.
Firstly, we’d like to say a massive thank you and congratulations to everyone who took part. It was amazing to see so many people come together, get walking, and make a difference in support of our charity.
Case Study about a person we support – P’s story
P, a 20-year-old young man came into Autism Together’s services in 2024, having experienced a number of prior care placements. Our staff aimed to increase P’s sense of freedom, connections with others, and overall quality of life. Since then, he has made remarkable progress, thanks to the dedication of his support team and his own determination to embrace change.Â
