Together For Change brings businesses closer to our mission – creating brighter futures for autistic people, while offering opportunities to engage in ways that reflect each organisation’s values and goals.
Together For Change is built on voluntary corporate support. Contributions are made as donations to support our charitable work. Organisations may also choose to engage in a range of optional opportunities, which are not linked to or conditional upon their donation.
Together For Change offers a range of flexible ways for organisations to support our work:
This is ideal for organisations looking to make an immediate impact without a long-term commitment.
This may include a one-off donation, a fundraising activity or sponsorship opportunities such as “Pay for a Day”.
“Pay for a Day” enables organisations to contribute towards the cost of running a service or activity, providing a clear and tangible link to impact.
As a thank you for your support, we may acknowledge your organisation through our communication channels, unless you prefer otherwise.
Organisations may choose to support Autism Together through an ongoing annual donation. We suggest a contribution of £2,000 per year to support our work and help us plan sustainable, long-term impact.
Supporters may choose to engage with a range of opportunities, including opportunities to participate in volunteering activities, invitations to events and networking opportunities throughout the year or access to information to help organisations better understand inclusive practices.
· Recognition of support (e.g. website acknowledgement or certificate)
· Opportunities to share your commitment to inclusion and social impact
· Invitations to events and networking opportunities throughout the year
· Opportunities to learn more about our work through visits or updates
· Opportunities to explore ways to engage employees in meaningful activity
· Opportunities to participate in volunteering activities, where appropriate and subject to availability
· Opportunities for Autism Together to share updates or presentations with your teams
· Access to information to help organisations better understand inclusive practices
· Information and insight that may support your organisation’s understanding of its social impact and inclusion journey
We encourage organisations to:
· Make an annual voluntary donation
· Explore Payroll Giving as an optional employee initiative
· Provide opportunities to raise awareness of autism within their organisation
· Support fundraising activity where appropriate
For organisations looking to deepen their impact, we offer the opportunity to work more closely with Autism Together.
We work collaboratively with organisations to explore opportunities that align with shared values and ambitions for creating inclusive communities and workplaces.
All the opportunities available as in Ambassadors For Change (detailed above), including:
· Exploring inclusive employment opportunities through our Pathway to Work programme
· Developing understanding of accessible workplaces and inclusive practice
· Identifying areas where your organisation can support positive change for autistic people
Engagement is shaped through ongoing dialogue, ensuring a meaningful and values-led relationship.
Where additional services or project-specific support are requested, these will be discussed and agreed separately to ensure clarity and transparency.

We were joined by over 75 companies and key stakeholders to learn more about our new Together for Change scheme, and announce the first of our new corporate partnerships, celebrating the growing network of local businesses working with us to support brighter futures.
The event also saw a special key note speaker, Rt Hon Sir Robert Buckland KBE KC, deliver expert insight in line with his report ‘The Buckland Review of Autism Employment’.
Our Pathway To Work scheme is a programme developed by Autism Together to provide person-centred employment initiatives for autistic adults, towards sustainable employment.
The programme addresses one of the most persistent inequalities in the UK labour market: the exceptionally low employment rate among autistic adults.
The scheme uses structured skills development, focused on transferable abilities, ethical employer engagement, and tailored support.
Pathway To Work empowers autistic individuals to build independence, confidence, and long-term employability – while also equipping employers to better support a neurodiverse workforce.
