Sir David has been a famous face (and voice) on our televisions since the 1950s, where he made it his mission to share the amazing wildlife of our planet, along with the environmental issues that threaten them.

So, after discussing it in our very first Environmental & Sustainability Group meeting, it was decided to pay tribute to Sir David by getting together and picking up the litter from the areas around Oak House.

From the streets and car park to the front and side, and on into the beautiful bluebell woodland at the building’s rear, our group of green helpers cleared the area of all the unsightly rubbish they could find.

Great work gang! Happy birthday Sir David!!
