P, a 20-year-old young man came into Autism Together’s services in 2024, having experienced a number of prior care placements. Our staff aimed to increase P’s sense of freedom, connections with others, and overall quality of life. Since then, he has made remarkable progress, thanks to the dedication of his support team and his own determination to embrace change.
