Happy International Men’s Day 2025!!

November 19th is International Men’s Day, a global celebration of the positive contributions and achievements of men, while addressing important issues affecting men’s health and wellbeing.

This year, to mark the day, we asked our team of podcasters in Gallagher House if they might like to record a short podcast for International Men’s Day.

Well, they certainly delivered with a fantastic one-off episode where the guys discuss the important male role models in their lives and also talk about the importance of positivity and good mental health.
