Together for Change

Driving Change. Creating Opportunities.

Our new scheme “Together For Change combines the teambuilding experiences that businesses value, with elite networking opportunities, a meaningful contribution to CSR and ESG goals, and tailored support to help increase opportunities for autistic people.

What is Together for Change?

Together For Change offers organisations three different ways they could get involved in supporting our charity:

Introductory Partnership

Make an immediate impact without a long-term commitment - via a one-time donation, fundraising event, or one of our Pay for a Day sponsorship opportunities.

Ambassador for Change

As an Ambassador For Change, your business will receive a wide range of meaningful benefits designed to celebrate your commitment, engage your team, and align your brand with a nationally-recognised, award-winning charity.

Patrons for Change

Our partnerships with Patrons for Change are built around a shared goal: to create a better, fairer world for autistic people. Through meaningful collaboration, we work together to drive lasting change, raise awareness, and open up opportunities that make a real difference.

"Our team loved being able to not only help with the facilities that will benefit the residents, but also the animals. It was really fulfilling to be able to see the positive impact that Autism Together has on the environment, the staff, the residents and the local community. Interacting with everyone on site, was wonderful! The whole day left the team with not just dirt under their nails, but with joy in their hearts and memories that would sprout smiles for seasons to come!"

Introductory Partnership

This is perfect for businesses looking to make an immediate impact, without a long-term commitment. This could be a one-time donation, fundraising event, or sponsorship opportunity – such as Pay for a Day.

Pay for a Day invites businesses to make a donation that covers the cost of running a specific service or event for an entire day. It is a powerful and tangible way for companies to see the direct impact of their support. This initiative also offers a simple and effective way to showcase CSR and ESG commitments to staff, customers, and stakeholders.

In return for any support, your business will receive publicity through our charity’s social media, unless you prefer otherwise.

Pathway to Work

Our Pathway To Work scheme is a programme developed by Autism Together to provide person-centred employment initiatives for autistic adults, towards sustainable employment.

The programme addresses one of the most persistent inequalities in the UK labour market: the exceptionally low employment rate among autistic adults.

The scheme uses structured skills development, focused on transferable abilities, ethical employer engagement, and tailored support.

Pathway To Work empowers autistic individuals to build independence, confidence, and long-term employability – while also equipping employers to better support a neurodiverse workforce.
