What is Pathway to Work?

Using a person-centred approach, we support autistic people to find a placement that works for them, ensuring reasonable adjustments to help overcome any struggles they may face when accessing employment.

Gina's Eureka! moment

The scheme is helping Gina get genuine experience within the workplace at a location she finds interesting and stimulating. That place is Eureka! Science + Discovery on the Wirral banks of the River Mersey at Seacombe.

Pathway for Employers

We work with employers across Wirral and
West Cheshire to support autistic people
entering the workplace.

We support employers to make communication and
environmental adjustments, to create successful placements.
